Playboy.com, Playboy Magazine, Playboy Bunnies, Playboy Mansion, Playboy Channel, what else am I missing? Oh! I know, Playboy Plus! Apparently this is "Playboy like you've never seen before!" Over 10,000+ images and 15+ videos as well as magazine issues, chatboards and more; more Playboy pictorials and exclusives going "beyond the pages of Playboy to give you access to more women, more video, more exclusive content anywhere." And the prices here aren't bad either, over 50 years of exclusive Playboy Playmates (100+) for only $19.80 per month. Careful though, if you're one who likes to join trials, the recurring price for this one is much higher (29.46) than your standard monthly membership and doesn't even give you access to all of the content.

This isn't your average stuck in the 80's amateur site, this is Playboy! So it comes as no surprise that the design and feel of the site is an overall professional one. So what's the difference between this site and Playboy Cyber Club? Well, nothing really, so essentially for me this will really just be one big long follow-up along with some of the more detailed site information from my old review which went like this:

Is anyone else sick of seeing "Night Calls" on at night every time they turn on Playboy TV to get one off? I sure am! There can't be a worse show when you're in the mood to sit back, relax, and watch some good ol' porn! Well if you're a big subscriber to Playboy Magazine or Playboy TV than you might be interested to know that they also host their own porn site called the Playboy Plus, where you get the chance to sneak a peak at every Playmate, ever, as well as centerfolds, celebrities, and other sexy amateurs. I'm sure we all subscribe to Playboy magazine to read the articles, so there's really no need to join a website to look at decade's worth of pictorials and the all sexy Cyber Girls is there;)?

And now for the new review; so let me start again by saying this site is very cool! Finally something closer to what you would expect from a major name in the sexy naked female industry:). There are so many features here it's going to be hard to cover them all but I will do my best and hopefully my fellow reviewers have picked up on some things I might have missed. Your main menu is at the top of this very organized main member's area page, and it features: Playmates, Cyber Girls, Playmates, Celebrities, Coeds, Amateurs, Special Editions, Playboy Magazine, Playboy TV, more girls (yay) and extras. I headed straight for Cyber Girls, which is very cool. They have chosen different girls as Cyber Girl of the Week/Month/Year and clicking on them takes you to their stats, pictorials, and the ability to discuss this girl with other Cyber Club members. These girls are heavenly too, all Playboy material of course, and pictures sets (there can be as many as 5 of them) have several different viewing methods to them. The main one (which will be used for most all the picture sets on this site) come in thumbnails and photos can be viewed large (1024x680) or medium (800x540), and have the option of being viewed as a slide show with different refresh rates in seconds (2,5,10,20). Another cool feature some of the photoset's have is called the "Cyber Zoom". The set will have a limited number of pictures, but when you click on them, they zoom full screen and larger! The quality gets lost just a little the larger you go but overall the feature is very cool.

Before I spend too much of my time in every department trying things on, I thought I'd skip on over to the Playmates section of the site. Your options for browsing here are: Playmate Portfolios, Centerfold Gallery, Playmate Exclusives, PMOY (Playmates Over the Year(s)?), Video Jukebox, Playmate Test (shots), Playmate Features and Xtras. There's also a search option to find your favorites quick and easy at the bottom of the page, you can search by year, month, first name (A-Z), and last name (A-Z). So far it's clear that everything is made to be easily accessible here at Playboy.com. Starting with the Playmate Files, this is where you go to find pictures of previously unpublished playmates. By clicking on one of the girl's you are able to browse previous or later months to see other Previously Unpublished girls. Each Playmate comes with a lengthy background bio (intro), a quick read (data sheet), followed by the Pictorial and Centerfold images. Again the Pictorial pictures are previewed large or small and the quality is very, very nice even though the pictures don't get as large as I would prefer, which makes it nice that the Centerfold image is available in "Cyber Zoom".

The Centerfold Gallery is similar to the Centerfold images in the Playmate Files section, in that they are all a single image available in "Cyber Zoom". You can even see Miss December 1953, Marilyn Monroe in full screen zoom naked glory. Or you can simply view the "large" image at a nice sized 800x1065. Browse by year or pick from the most popular from the drop down menus on the page. Playmate Previews simply lists the monthly Playmates by year, while PMOY picks a Playmate of the Year and features them here along with her published and unpublished photos as well as a couple of videos. The videos have the option to use QuickTime or Real Player and are good quality but only average in size, and are very Playboy soft, sensual, and erotic. The Playmate Video Jukebox is a complete archive of Playmate videos and a new one is added every week. Again your options for viewing are QuickTime and Real Player and each plays in a new browser window. The quality is good, but not great. The sound is good but I'd expect Playboy to give better connection speed options than this so that videos are viewable in much larger sizes and with better quality. If I had to guess, I'd say the videos play at less than 300k. One thing that's cool though, is that you can view Jukebox Videos from all the back to 1989, can we say hello big hair and full grown bush? Playmate Test (shots) is pretty cool, it's main set up like the rest of the image archive, except these are shots taken of girls before they made it to the cover. Finally, one of the biggest mixes of odds and ends is the Playmate Features section. This is where you'll find the goods like Playmate Bloopers, the Playmate Hunt, and other fun stuff.

Ahhh, it just never ends, there's so much content here you'll find yourself busy for a very long while. The Special Editions section is where you'll find all of the non Playmate girls of Playboy.com. Don't get me wrong though, these girls are still hot! A couple of the site features you'll find here are the Daily Double (2 new nude babes every day), the Girl Gallery (updated twice a month), as well as the Sexy Girl Next Door (the monthly "hot new face"), Behind the Scenes (outtakes), Casting Call (discovering new hotties), and more. The Casting Call section is cool because it gives you the chance to see the types of girls from all over the country who show up to try out for Playboy. These pictures definitely add an amateur touch to the site but are still very nice in quality, though again, the largest picture size is 800x530. Along with each girl is the option to rate them 1-4 Playboy Bunnies, 1 being "not my style" and 4 being "alert Hef", as well as option to "send us your comments" very clever! I guess here is a good time for me to point out that I like the fact that Playboy.com makes it highly available and even easy to interact with other member's on the site.

Almost done, but not quite:); the World of Playboy section features College Girls (the countries hottest coeds), Lingerie series, Vixens, Nudes, Natural Beauties, Casting Calls, Sexy Girl's Next Door and more. What's new about this site is that now Celebrities, Coeds and Amateurs are in their very own sections. Celebrities are broken down into: Who's in the News, Super Models, Women of..., Actresses, Celeb Photographers and Athletes. This is where you can see all your big (and small) name favorites from throughout the many years of Playboy. The More Girls section of the site is now where you'll find all your Event (pictures), Bunnies (Playboy Bunnies separated by attributes (adorable, breathtaking, celestial), and of course there's more. Checking out Playboy TV, each show has its own listing and features information about the show as well as video clips. Unfortunately these clips are smaller in size than the other videos on the site and the sound is somewhat strange sounding (like you're in a box, or something), but what are we looking at these for anyway? The real goods are plastered all over the rest of the site.

Finally, I know for some of you, this is all about the hot and busty babes of today but I genuinely enjoyed going back over the magazine covers from the 1950's and on that you'll find in the Playboy Magazine, Cover Gallery section of the site (formally known as the "Library"). This is truly a glimpse of the history of the expression of human sexuality in the making, and I love it. This is where you get the chance to browse through the entire collection of "great Playboy (magazine) covers", starting from 1953 till present time. Not only that but there is plenty more here at Playboy Plus, including the Interviews section here with groundbreaking words of wisdom from people such as Martin Luther King, Jr., Quentin Tarantino, James Hoffa, Miles Davis, The Beatles, Jimmy Kimmel, and many more. These interviews can date as far back as 1962 and I can only assume are all fairly interesting. While you're here, don't forget about the Extras section (formally known as the Lounge) where you can get involved in Discussion Groups, Chat (with Playmates), as well as find out What's New and what's Coming Soon. Other than the slight lack in super high quality for the videos and enormous image sizes for the photos (all of which I would expect from Playboy), I feel that this is (even still) one of the greatest sites on the internet. PlayboyPlus.com, having so much content, is actually still very easy to browse (there's search features everywhere). The content is all very Playboy softcore, of course, but it does the trick and so does the price, at a cheap $19.80 per month.
